Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-166 to establish a "paused status" for voter registrations when county recorder receives information indicating a person's registration does not match existing records or public data.

Voters in paused status retain eligibility to vote in any election if they provide the county recorder with appropriate corrective information.

County recorder must provide notice to voters whose registrations are placed in paused status.

Defines "paused status" as a temporary status in the statewide voter registration database distinct from the existing inactive status procedures.

Applies to registrations where reasonable cause exists to question the accuracy of registration information compared to existing records or open-source public data.
