Amends 2022 law to authorize placement of a Church of Jesus Christ migration monument in the governmental mall, administered by the department of administration.

Changes monument name from "Mormon migration monument" to "Church of Jesus Christ migration monument."

Prohibits use of public monies for monument costs; all fundraising and construction expenses are the sole responsibility of proponents, with the state unable to facilitate fundraising or establish state funds.

Extends the repeal date of this authorization from September 30, 2025 to September 30, 2030.
