Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-1655 to expand the Arizona Teachers Academy to include degree-granting private postsecondary educational institutions offering postbaccalaureate teacher preparation programs that lead to teacher certification.

Limits reimbursement for scholarships provided by private institutions to the remainder of the average in-state tuition and fees charged by Arizona Board of Regents universities, minus other aid awarded to students.

Allows colleges owned and operated by qualifying Indian tribes on their own reservations to participate in the Arizona Teachers Academy and receive funding from the academy fund.

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the Arizona Teachers Academy fund.

Maintains existing scholarship requirements that students receiving academy funding must teach in Arizona public schools for one year per academic year of support or reimburse the Arizona Board of Regents.
