Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 38-745 to expand credit for military service and temporary personnel service in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS).

Allows active ASRS members appointed as temporary personnel by a federal agency to receive up to 60 months of credited service, subject to the same contribution and return-to-work requirements as military service members.

Extends employer and member contributions to members serving as temporary personnel, provided they meet requirements including being honorably separated/released, returning to work within 90 days, or developing service-related disabilities.

Applies the Civilian Reservist Emergency Workforce Act of 2021 (P.L. 117-178) and related federal requirements to temporary personnel service in addition to military service provisions.

Permits members receiving differential wage payments while performing temporary personnel service to maintain ASRS membership without severance from employment.
