Amends Section 32-2203, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to veterinarians and board reporting requirements.

Changes "chairman" to "chairperson" in the veterinary board's reporting language.

Removes the requirement that the board chairperson make "an annual" report, replacing it with "a" report to the governor on or before October 1 of each year.

Maintains existing report content requirements including summaries of denied, suspended, or revoked licenses; censured licensees; probation placements; and financial statements for the preceding fiscal year.

Preserves the provision allowing individual board members to submit separate reports to the governor by October 1 each year with their comments on the board's licensing and disciplinary activities.
