Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 10-1331 regarding costs and attorney fees in shareholder dissenters' rights appraisal proceedings.

Specifies that court costs assessed against a corporation in appraisal proceedings apply to the surviving or resulting corporation in cases of sale, merger, or acquisition.

Extends the same liability for attorney and expert fees assessed against a corporation to the surviving or resulting corporation when those fees are awarded due to non-compliance with statutory requirements or bad faith conduct.

Allows courts to award attorney fees to be paid from amounts awarded to dissenters when an attorney's services substantially benefitted other similarly situated dissenters.
