Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-550 to require county recorders to submit daily lists of voters with missing or mismatched signatures to qualified political parties beginning after early voting starts through the Monday before the election.

Extends the daily reporting requirement through the signature cure period to include voters whose signatures are inconsistent and voters who cast provisional or conditional provisional ballots, along with all voter information normally provided to political parties.

Maintains existing procedures for signature verification and correction, allowing voters until the fifth business day after federal elections or third business day after other elections to cure signature discrepancies.

Requires county recorders to post election management system log files and similar verification documents on their websites within 48 hours after ballot tabulation is complete to demonstrate compliance with results reporting restrictions.
