Adds section 36-894.02 to Arizona Revised Statutes regarding out-of-school time program providers licensed as child care facilities.

Out-of-school time program providers are exempt from keeping separate rosters of school-age children for each room or activity area within the facility.

Providers must maintain a roster documenting school-age children's entry to and exit from the child care facility.

School-age children must be supervised by designated staff according to department rules when moving between activity areas with their respective cohort.

Became effective April 8, 2025 upon Governor approval.
