Amends the definition of "contiguous" in Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-2101 to include lots, parcels or fractional interests separated by a private road or street.

Clarifies that contiguous properties do not include those separated by a barrier or by public roads, streets, or highways that have been established, dedicated, accepted, or regularly maintained by the state or political subdivisions for at least five years.

Adds language specifying that public roads or highways must have been "dedicated to and accepted by this state or by any political subdivision of this state" to be considered a separation that breaks contiguity.
