Prohibits transfers of monies in the anti-racketeering revolving fund to the state general fund.

Beginning August 27, 2025, the attorney general may not use fund monies to pay salaries for full-time equivalent positions in the attorney general's office.

Establishes detailed quarterly reporting requirements for state departments and agencies receiving forfeiture monies, including specific information about seized property, forfeiture proceedings, and expenditures.

Requires the Arizona criminal justice commission to compile quarterly reports from all agencies and submit comprehensive reports to the governor, legislature, and other state officials.

Maintains existing provisions allowing fund use for gang prevention, substance abuse programs, victim assistance, witness protection, and investigation and prosecution of racketeering offenses.
