Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 49-117 regarding supplemental environmental projects initiated or accepted by the Department of Environmental Quality.

Changes grammatical language from "apply" to "applies" in the statute text describing nexus requirements for supplemental environmental projects.

Maintains three existing conditions for establishing adequate nexus: projects designed to reduce likelihood of similar future violations, projects that reduce adverse public health or environmental impacts from violations, and projects that reduce overall risk to public health or environment.

Requires supplemental environmental projects to comply with statutory requirements, advance objectives of environmental statutes underlying enforcement actions, and maintain adequate nexus to the violation.
