Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-1405 regarding sexual conduct with a minor offenses and their classifications.

Creates a new class 4 felony charge when the perpetrator is more than 60 months (5 years) older than the victim and is over 21 years old at the time of the offense; if placed on probation, the convicted person must serve one year in jail.

Maintains existing felony classifications: class 1 for victims 12 or under with serious physical injury (natural life sentence), class 2 for victims under 15, and class 6 for victims 15 or older.

Preserves enhanced class 2 felony charge with no suspension, probation, or pardon eligibility when the perpetrator is in a position of trust.
