Adds new criminal offense to section 13-3553 making it illegal to knowingly observe a nude minor for sexual gratification purposes, classified as a class 2 felony.

Exempts consensual conduct between minors who are at least fifteen, sixteen, or seventeen years of age from the new observing offense.

Updates section 13-1407 to include section 13-3553, subsection A, paragraph 4 in the affirmative defense for consensual conduct between minors with specified age requirements (victim 15-17 years old, defendant under 19 or attending high school and no more than 24 months older).

Makes technical corrections to section 13-3553, paragraph 3 regarding child sex dolls, clarifying language regarding replication of real infants or minors under twelve years of age.

Became effective March 31, 2025.
