Increases the real property value limit for small estate affidavits from $100,000 to $300,000 for both pending and discharged estate scenarios.

Makes minor grammatical corrections by changing "upon" to "on" and "No" to "Not" in subsections B and E.

Maintains all existing requirements for small estate affidavits, including the 30-day waiting period for personal property and 6-month waiting period for real property.

Applies to succession of personal property, motor vehicles, securities, and real property through affidavit procedures under Arizona Revised Statutes Section 14-3971.
