Prohibits the Arizona Department of Economic Security from seeking, applying for, accepting, or renewing waivers of work requirements for able-bodied adults without dependents under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) unless required or authorized by federal or state law.

Prevents the department from exercising Arizona's option to provide exemptions from work requirements under federal law unless authorized by state law.

Applies to work requirement provisions under 7 United States Code section 2015(o)(4) for waivers and section 2015(o)(6)(f) for exemptions.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 46, Chapter 2, Article 2 by adding new section 46-232.
