Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 48-3112 and 48-3151 relating to water districts.

Changes terminology from "funds" to "monies," "cancelled" to "canceled," and "upon" to "on" throughout the affected sections.

Adds new provisions establishing an eight-year statute of limitations for claims between water districts and municipal water providers regarding contracts for water provision with terms of twenty years or more.

Applies the new statute of limitations to both causes of action commenced on or after the effective date and those commenced before the effective date of this act.
