Amends Section 15-975 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding state and local assistance to joint common school districts.

Removes language requiring student enrollment and attendance information to be submitted in "a format provided" by the superintendent of public instruction.

Clarifies that records of student count must be kept to determine attendance of pupils residing in each county portion of a joint common school district.

Specifies that for joint common school districts, "assessed valuation" means the net valuation of the school district portion within each county.
