Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 34-401 to correct the effective date reference for automated external defibrillator requirements in state buildings.

State buildings constructed or undergoing major renovations costing at least $250,000 must be equipped with automated external defibrillators.

Requires the joint legislative budget committee and governor's office of strategic planning and budgeting to include funding for defibrillator placement in capital budgets for new state buildings each fiscal year.
