Amends section 41-606, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to the Department of Veterans' Services.

Changes the language conditioning the corporate surety bond from "upon" to "on" regarding the faithful discharge of the department's duties as executor, administrator, conservator, or guardian.

Maintains the existing $500,000 corporate surety bond requirement posted with the secretary of state.

Preserves provisions allowing the department to act without additional bond in cases where appointed as administrator, conservator, executor, or guardian.

Clarifies that courts shall authorize charges for each estate's share of bond premium to be paid from estate assets and deposited in the state general fund.
