Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-317 to allow school board candidates to collect nomination petition signatures through a secure online portal provided by the secretary of state.

Beginning in 2025, candidates may collect up to 110 percent of the minimum required nomination petition signatures using the online system, increased from the previous limit of 100 percent through 2024.

The online system must verify the identity of qualified electors and ensure only eligible voters for a particular candidate can sign the petition.

The secretary of state must transmit filings or facsimiles to the appropriate officer in charge of elections.

Applies to candidates for city or town office, county office, school board office, and precinct committeeman positions.
