Requires the Arizona Department of Education to develop and maintain a computerized database of certificated electronic copies of all high school diplomas issued by school districts, charter schools, and accommodation schools beginning January 1, 2027.

Each diploma in the database must be convertible to portable document format (PDF) and contain all information from the original diploma.

Individuals who earned a diploma on or after January 1, 2027 may request an electronic copy from the database, but only the diploma holder can request their own diploma and must provide proof of identity.

Authorizes the Department of Education to establish and collect fees for producing certificated electronic copies of diplomas from the database.

Defines "high school diploma" to include diplomas issued under section 15-701.01 and chapter 7, article 6 of Arizona Revised Statutes.
