Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3101 to expand the definition of "prohibited weapon"

Adds a trigger crank, bump-fire device, or any part, combination of parts, component, device, attachment or accessory designed or functioning to accelerate the rate of fire of a semiautomatic rifle to the list of prohibited weapons

Specifies that the prohibition applies to devices that accelerate the rate of fire but do not convert the semiautomatic rifle into a machine gun as defined by federal law (26 U.S.C. § 5845(b) and 18 U.S.C. § 921(a)(28))

Maintains the existing exemption that prohibited weapon provisions do not apply to items possessed, manufactured or transferred in compliance with federal law
