Appropriates $250,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the Arizona health innovation trust fund established under section 41-177, Arizona Revised Statutes

Appropriates an additional $250,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the state treasurer to allocate to an entity for conducting a pilot program under section 41-177, subsections E and F, Arizona Revised Statutes

Declares legislative intent that the Arizona health innovation trust fund, consisting of appropriated monies, earnings, and donated gifts or grants, will grow to maintain a permanent endowment balance of at least $200,000,000

Exempts the $250,000 appropriation in subsection B from lapsing provisions under section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes
