Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 32, Chapter 18, Article 3 to add section 32-1962.01 regarding prescription drug advertising requirements.

Requires audio information about major side effects and contraindications in television, radio, and internet advertisements for prescription and nonprescription drugs to be presented at the same volume, articulation, and pacing as the rest of the advertisement.

Prohibits advertisements from including audio or visual elements that are likely to interfere with a person's understanding of the major statement regarding side effects and contraindications.

Defines "major statement" as information relating to the major side effects and contraindications of the prescription drug.
