Adds Section 32-122.03 to Arizona Revised Statutes regarding professional registration through reciprocity or endorsement for engineers, architects, land surveyors, and landscape architects.

Applicants must hold a valid license, registration, or certification from another state, territory, or country participating in the applicable profession's national council mutual recognition agreement.

Applicants must also obtain a certification or model law designation from the applicable profession's national council.

Professional engineers seeking reciprocity or endorsement must have a national council record verifying at least four years of post-licensure experience, passage of a professional national examination, or a baccalaureate or postgraduate degree in their engineering branch.

Land surveyors seeking reciprocity or endorsement must pass an examination on surveying methods and legal principles in Arizona as prescribed by the board in rule.
