Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-720 to require mandatory natural life imprisonment for persons convicted of class 2 felony child sex trafficking under section 13-3212, but only if the person was 18 years of age or older at the time of committing the offense.

Natural life sentences imposed under this statute provide no eligibility for any form of release.

The amendment preserves constitutional rights of juvenile defendants by explicitly excluding those under 18 years of age from the mandatory natural life sentencing requirement.

Requires an affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of both the House and Senate for the amendment to take effect, pursuant to Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.
