Requires contracts between unemancipated minors and other parties involving artistic or creative services to be approved by superior court on or after January 1, 2026, to prevent disaffirmation based on the minor's age.

Mandates that 15% of a minor's gross earnings from approved contracts be deposited into a trust account held at a state financial institution for the minor's benefit.

Requires at least one parent or guardian to serve as trustee of the trust account, unless the court finds another entity would better serve the minor's interests.

Restricts trust withdrawals until the minor turns 18, becomes emancipated by court order, or the court orders a withdrawal.

Permits trustee to invest trust funds in broad-based index funds, government securities, bonds, certificates of deposit, or money market instruments with maturity dates on or before the beneficiary turns 18.
