Adds a new provision to Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3102 making it illegal to fail to secure a firearm from a minor by not taking reasonable measures to prevent the minor from accessing it.

Classifies the offense as a class 6 felony if a minor accesses the firearm, and as a class 4 felony if the minor discharges the firearm and causes death or serious physical injury to the minor or another person.

Exempts the new provision if a minor has lawful possession of a firearm pursuant to section 13-3111.

Law enforcement officers may take temporary custody of a firearm during any contact with a person in possession of one.

The act is titled "Christian's Law."
