Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 38-431.08 regarding exceptions to public meetings requirements.

Exempts communications among a quorum of three-member advisory committees or subcommittees from open meeting laws when discussing matters before the committee.

Restricts three-member advisory committees or subcommittees to include no more than one member who is a member of any public body.

Makes technical corrections to Section 38-431.08(B)(1), changing "of" to "after" regarding written findings by the department of corrections director.
