Increases the civil recovery amount for unpaid wages from treble (3 times) to five times the amount of unpaid wages in employee lawsuits against employers under Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-355.

Increases the penalty for employers ordered to pay wages by the department or a court but failing to do so within 10 days from treble (3 times) to five times the amount of unpaid wages under Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-360.

Maintains existing exemption that the statute does not authorize county school superintendents to issue warrants in violation of law.
