Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2804.02 to add a fee exemption for veterans applying for medical marijuana registry identification cards.

Exempts honorably discharged veterans of the United States armed forces from paying the application fee required for medical marijuana patient registration.

Requires passage by affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature pursuant to Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.
