Amends section 5-572 of Arizona Revised Statutes to allocate lottery fund monies to the on-farm irrigation efficiency fund established by Laws 2022, chapter 332.

Directs $50,000,000 from the state lottery fund to be deposited in the on-farm irrigation efficiency fund for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027.

These deposits occur after all other appropriations and deposits authorized in the section are satisfied, including allocations to heritage funds, health programs, and the Arizona competes fund.

Maintains existing lottery fund allocation structure for other purposes including game and fish, child safety, health education, and homeless services.
