Establishes the Turquoise Alert system as a quick response alert system for reports of missing persons.

Authorizes the Department of Public Safety to issue Turquoise Alerts when a law enforcement agency requests activation and meets all specified conditions.

Requires missing person to be under 65 years of age and missing under unexplained or suspicious circumstances, with law enforcement having exhausted local resources and determining the person is in danger or peril.

Defines "person" to include members of federally recognized Indian tribes and "law enforcement agency" to include state, municipal, county, tribal, and federal law enforcement operating in Arizona.

Known as "Emily's Law," honoring San Carlos Apache Tribal member Emily Pike; took effect May 13, 2025.
