Establishes criteria for occupational regulating authorities in Arizona to grant licenses, certificates, or registrations through apprenticeship programs.

Requires applicants to complete either a U.S. Department of Labor-approved or Arizona Department of Economic Security-approved apprenticeship program, conducted at a state-licensed school or with an approved person holding the same license being sought.

Mandates that if an examination is required for licensure, certification, or registration, applicants must pass it, with passing scores applied equally to apprenticeship program graduates and vocational or trade school graduates.

Authorizes occupational regulating authorities to adopt rules necessary to implement these apprenticeship requirements.
