• Requires municipalities and counties to issue building permits or certificates of completion within 2 business days of receiving notice from an independent provider, or permits are automatically deemed approved.

• Prohibits municipalities and counties from imposing fees for independent provider reviews or inspections and requires publication of all relevant codes and standards in machine-readable format upon request.
