Corrects grammatical verb agreement: changes "determines" to "determine" when referring to multiple prosecutors (attorney general and county attorneys).

Removes redundant phrase "the provisions of" in two locations referring to Section 13-3010 and subsection requirements.

Corrects verb agreement in subsection C: changes "do" to "does" in reference to restrictions on using intercepted communications as evidence.
