AZ HB2310

Establishes the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Compact, allowing APRNs licensed in one party state to practice in other party states under a multistate licensure privilege without obtaining separate licenses in each state.

Creates the Interstate Commission of APRN Compact Administrators to oversee implementation, adopt uniform licensure requirements, and manage a coordinated licensure information system for tracking APRN licenses and disciplinary actions across party states.

Sets uniform APRN licensure requirements including accredited graduate-level education in one of four recognized roles, national certification, 2,080 hours of APRN practice experience, and criminal background checks.

Authorizes APRNs with multistate licenses to practice independently without supervisory or collaborative requirements, though each state retains authority to enforce its own practice laws and take adverse action against the multistate licensure privilege.

Preserves Arizona's authority to maintain its current APRN scope of practice standards and allows the governor to withdraw the state from the compact if the commission adopts rules changing Arizona's scope of practice for APRNs.
