Amends Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 113 to modify appropriations and lapsing provisions for automation projects fund allocations in fiscal year 2023-2024

Extends the lapsing exemption deadline for the Corporation Commission's online records and filing system project ($7,000,000) from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026

Clarifies that appropriations from subsections A, B, C, D, F, G, and I remain exempt from lapsing until June 30, 2025, while subsection E (Corporation Commission project) is exempt until June 30, 2026

Requires the Corporation Commission and other agencies to submit plans for integrating new systems with the business one-stop solution as part of the Department of Administration's expenditure review

Maintains quarterly reporting requirements for the Department of Administration to submit project status, expenditures, deliverables, and timelines to the joint legislative budget committee
