Requires inspections of smoke dampers and fire dampers within fire protection systems to be performed in accordance with standards established by nationally recognized standards developing organizations for both cities/towns and counties.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes to add section 9-500.52 establishing inspection standards for municipal jurisdictions and section 11-861(K) establishing the same standards for counties.

Mandates that all cities, towns, and counties that have adopted a fire code must adopt implementing regulations by January 1, 2026 to enforce the new inspection requirements.
