Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 12-112.01 to extend continuing education credit provisions to certified legal document preparers, in addition to state bar members.

Allows certified legal document preparers to satisfy their annual continuing education requirements through state agency license renewal programs if the program meets specified criteria.

Requires qualifying continuing education programs to consist of organized learning, deal with law-related matters, follow an agenda, and include substantive written materials or exercises.

Defines "state agency license renewal requirement" as continuing education needed to maintain or renew a professional license issued by an Arizona state agency, board, commission, or department.
