Adds section 41-334 to Arizona Revised Statutes regarding notarial services and acts by businesses.

Allows individuals to use notarial services from any authorized notarial officer in any state if a business entity does not provide free notarization at a physical location.

Defines "entity" to include any business organization that maintains a physical location in Arizona for direct customer interaction.

Bill was approved by the Governor on May 12, 2025 and filed with the Secretary of State on the same date.
