Prohibits online lodging marketplaces from displaying, offering for rent, or conducting business for properties or operators in Arizona that are not in compliance with all applicable state, county, and local laws at the time of rental or occupancy.

Establishes a civil penalty of $250 per violation, with each day of non-compliance constituting a separate violation.

Authorizes cities and towns to verify and enforce marketplace compliance with this section, collect penalties, and report the number of violations and total penalties collected to the department of revenue.

Defines "online lodging marketplace" and "online lodging operator" by reference to section 42-5076 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Changes the chapter heading of title 44, chapter 38 from "BUSINESSES EXEMPT FROM MASK MANDATE" to "BUSINESSES GENERALLY."
