Landlord must provide website address for azcourthelp.org or information on eviction prevention and assistance services (including Department of Economic Security and municipal services) in the written rental agreement provided to tenants.

Landlord must include azcourthelp.org website address or eviction assistance information in any notice of noncompliance delivered to a tenant under lease violation or non-payment of rent provisions.

Clarifies that landlord must tender a signed copy of rental agreement to tenant and tenant must sign and return one fully executed copy within a reasonable time.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 33-1322 and 33-1368 regarding the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
