Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-411 to require county boards of supervisors to provide voting centers in place of traditional polling places, allowing any county voter to receive the appropriate ballot after presenting identification.

Voting centers shall be established in coordination with the county recorder at county offices or other appropriate locations deemed suitable by the county.

Permits county boards to authorize emergency voting centers through specific resolution with recorded vote, with the board specifying locations and hours of operation.

Requires the county recorder or officer in charge of elections to post a public list of voting locations at least two weeks before election day and update it if emergency conditions arise after initial posting.

Maintains existing provisions regarding electioneering outside the seventy-five foot limit at voting locations and requires the secretary of state to provide maximum allowable wait times and methods to reduce voter wait times in primary and general elections.
