Industrial Commission of Arizona shall publish an annual list on its public website by January 1, 2026 and every year thereafter identifying the top 50 employers with the highest number of employees receiving Medicaid or other public assistance.

List must include employer name, address, size, and number of public assistance beneficiaries who are employees or dependents of employees, broken down by type of assistance.

Report shall include the number of public assistance costs to the state for employed individuals and enrolled dependents if available.

Report must indicate if employers offer health benefits and how many employees receiving public assistance are covered by those benefits.

Report cannot include confidential information disclosing names of individuals or beneficiaries receiving public assistance.
