Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-1624.01 regarding liquefied petroleum gas containers.

Prohibits unauthorized persons from filling, refilling, or evacuating liquefied petroleum gas containers without written authorization from the owner.

Prohibits unauthorized persons from defacing, erasing, covering, or removing any name, mark, initial, or device on a liquefied petroleum gas container.

Exempts cylinders from the provisions of this statute.

Removes the criminal penalty provision (class 3 misdemeanor) that was previously associated with violations of this section.
