Amends Arizona law to allow persons adjudicated delinquent as juveniles to petition for restoration of firearm possession and carrying rights after completing probation.

For dangerous offenses, serious offenses, or burglary/arson convictions, applicants must wait until age 25 before filing for firearm rights restoration.

For other felony offenses, applicants may file for restoration upon completing court-ordered conditions, finishing probation, or being discharged from the Department of Juvenile Corrections.

Requires the superior court clerk to process applications at no filing fee and serve copies on the county attorney.
