Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-317 to expand the secure online signature collection system for nomination petitions to include candidates for justice of the peace and constable offices.

The Secretary of State shall provide a secure internet portal for qualified electors to sign nomination petitions for city, town, county, justice of the peace, constable, and precinct committeeman candidates.

Through 2024, candidates may collect up to the minimum required number of signatures through the online system; beginning in 2025, candidates may collect up to 110% of the minimum required signatures online.

The system must verify voter eligibility and identity, allowing only qualified electors eligible for a particular candidate to sign their petition.
