Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1502 to modify the Arizona Commerce Authority's board of directors composition and operations.

Adds two new ex officio voting positions to the board: the chairperson of the Senate Finance Committee (or designee) and the chairperson of the House International Trade Committee (or designee).

Renumbers subsequent ex officio member positions accordingly, shifting from lettered subsections (d-j) to (f-l).

Requires the public portion of board meetings to be recorded and posted on the authority's website within three business days, with recordings retained per section 38-431.01.

Maintains existing requirements for board governance, conflict of interest standards, annual audits, and restrictions on full-time employee count.
