Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-323 regarding school district governing board members' voting eligibility and purchasing authority.

Board members remain prohibited from voting on matters concerning their own appointment, employment, remuneration, or that of their spouse or dependent.

Governing boards may purchase from board members up to $300 per transaction and $1,000 annually, provided the board has adopted a policy authorizing such purchases within the preceding twelve-month period.

School districts with fewer than 3,000 students and not located in counties with populations of 750,000 or more may make purchases from board members in any amount with board approval, provided each purchase is documented in meeting minutes.
